Concept behind Desicrew

Business Process Outsourcing has been a buzz word and has helped organizations in providing and managing an organization’s critical and/or non-critical enterprise processes and applications. Some of the most common and successful examples are Call Centers, Human Resources, Payroll, Data-Entry, Digitization etc.

In India, BPO is a blessed boom which is adding up lot of employment opportunities due to availability of immense talent, resources and geographical location. Currently BPO’s are flourishing in developed cities or urban areas. Why not we take it into deeper roots? Why not we make use of the rural youth and their potential?
